Следует придерживаться общих правил поведения на хостинге и в интернет, вот некоторые из них:
  1. Нельзя заниматься спамом в любом его проявлении (спам, спамвертайзинг и т.д.),а также размещать для его осуществления скрипты,прогаммы и т.д.;
  2. Запрещены деструктивные действия любого характера (запуск не отлаженных, ресурсоёмких программ, что может отрицательно повлиять на работоспособность хостинга в целом, распространение вирусов и т.п.);
  3. Непозволительно размещение программ, которые могут использоваться для несанкционированного доступа (в частности IRC);
  4. Размещение ресурсоёмких ресурсов возможно только по предварительному согласованию;
  5. Запрещена публикация любых материалов, нарушающих авторское право их владельца (сюда входят и различные crack и warez материалы);
  6. Неприемлима публикация любых порнографических материалов;
  7. Запрещена публикация любых материалов, противоречащих законодательству РФ, Украины и США.
Права и обязанности сторон:
  1. Клиент имеет тестовый период 5дней в который возможен возврат денег(moneyback)!
  2. Клиент обязуется не нарушать общепринятые правила поведения на хостинге и в интернет.
  3. Нарушение клиентом общепринятых правил поведения на хостинге и в интернет может повлечь за собой прекращение предоставления услуг STEEPHOST.COM.
  4. Клиент имеет право на предоставление тех услуг, которые есть в наличии и которые им оплачены.
  5. Несвоевременная оплата услуг STEEPHOST.COM может повлечь за собой прекращение предоставления услуг STEEPHOST.COM.
  6. STEEPHOST.COM вправе отказать в предоставлении услуг клиенту в случае, когда оно влечёт за собой ухудшение качества услуг, предоставляемых другим клиентам.
  7. STEEPHOST.COM не несёт ответственности за убытки, причинённые кому-либо или чему-либо умышленными либо неумышленными действиями клиента STEEPHOST.COM.
  8. STEEPHOST.COM не несёт ответственности за убытки, причинённые клиентам не по вине STEEPHOST.COM.
  9. STEEPHOST.COM не несёт ответственности за убытки, причинённые временной недоступностью сервисов на хостинг-сервере клиента, связанными с техническими проблемами (как-то: работы по усовершенствованию сервера и ПО, хакерские атаки, проблемы датацентра, маршрутизации и пр.).
  10. STEEPHOST.COM не несёт ответственности за убытки, вызванные обстоятельствами непреодолимой силы.
  11. STEEPHOST.COM не гарантирует uptime 100%, но к этому стремится.
  12. STEEPHOST.COM не возвращает полученную за услуги оплату и не компенсирует любые убытки клиента ни при каких обстоятельствах, кроме тех случаев, когда инициатива о возвращении либо компенсировании исходит от STEEPHOST.COM.
Данный перечень может быть изменён STEEPHOST.COM в одностороннем порядке в любой момент без дополнительного уведомления.

   По правилам нашего хостинга строго запрещается размещение ресурсов, распостраняющих нелицензионное ПО (warez), распостраняющие ПО, предназначенное для взлома и обхода лицензий на ПО (cracks), а также spam-, porno-, doorways- сайты. Все сайты, подпадающие под это описание будут блокироваться и удаляться без предупреждения и без возможности возврата средств.

  1. Client has a test period 5 day in which possible refund(moneyback)(Not dedicated server)!
  2. The Client undertakes to preserve general taken rules of the behaviour on hosting and in internet.
  3. Breach by client general taken rules of the behaviour on хостинге and in internet can cause for itself cessation of the granting the services STEEPHOST.COM.
  4. The Client has a right on granting of that services, which there is in presence and which him are paid.
  5. The Undue payment of the services STEEPHOST.COM can cause for itself cessation of the granting the services STEEPHOST.COM.
  6. STEEPHOST.COM has the right to refuse the services client in granting when it entails the deterioration a quality services, provided to other client.
  7. STEEPHOST.COM does not carry responsibility for losses, caused whomever or that-or willful or undesigned action of the client STEEPHOST.COM.
  8. STEEPHOST.COM does not carry responsibility for losses, caused client not due to STEEPHOST.COM.
  9. STEEPHOST.COM does not carry responsibility for losses, caused by time inaccessibility service on хостинг-server of the client, connected with technical problem (somehow: work on improvement of the server and ON, hakers of the attack, problems data centre, routings and pr.).
  10. STEEPHOST.COM does not carry responsibility for losses, caused a circumstance of the compelling force.
  11. STEEPHOST.COM does not guarantee uptime 100%, but hereto strives.
  12. STEEPHOST.COM does not return got for facilities payment and does not compensate any losses of the client in no case, except as initiative about return or compensations comes from STEEPHOST.COM.
The Givenned list can be changed STEEPHOST.COM in unilateral order without additional notice any time.
